SHIPPING
Please allow 3 business days for us to process and ship in-stock items. Please note that the fulfillment time could vary especially for pre-orders, or during sales and holiday seasons. We will email you as soon as we can in case your item is out of stock.
Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated Delivery Date will be provided by the shipping carriers in the tracking details once the package is picked up and it may vary by shipping destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at support@noonandmoon.com
Currently we ship to all 48 Continental States of the United States, however, we don’t offer international shipping (Coming soon). P.O. Boxes cannot be used as shipping addresses. Orders over $300 will require signature for delivery.
Ordered items will be shipped to the address provided at the time you place the order. To request a shipping address change, please email support@noonandmoon.com as soon as possible. Please note that once your package is shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it.
Noon & Moon is not responsible for any stolen, delayed, or lost packages. We will assist you with filing claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.
Free Shipping
Orders are qualified for free shipping once the pre-tax and after discount total reaches $100.
Additional Shipping Charges for Hawaii
Please note that any orders shipped to Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges due to significantly higher shipping costs. The additional charge is subject to the actual size and weight of the package.
Before shipping your order, we will calculate the extra shipping cost and inform you of the amount. We kindly ask that you cover this additional charge before we proceed with shipping. If we don't hear back from you within 5 business days of your order being placed, we may need to cancel the order to ensure we can serve all our customers efficiently.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Please email support@noonandmoon.com for return authorization. All returns are for store credit and must be made within 7 days of items' arrival date.Items must be returned with no signs of wear or usage and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.
Once a return is received and accepted, you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card in email. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process the return items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost (in order for us to maintain our accessible product pricing).
When shipping returns, it is recommended to ship with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return items.
Unclaimed Orders
We understand that sometimes life gets busy and picking up your package might slip your mind. If your order is returned to us because it wasn't picked up, we will need to charge you for the return-to-sender-fee, as this fee is billed to us by the shipment carrier. Additionally, if you'd like us to resend your order, we'll need to charge the shipping fee again. For orders that initially qualified for free shipping, the true shipping cost will be applied. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Final Sale
All bath, body, and consumable products are final sale and cannot be returned.
All marked-down items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged/defective Items
If you believe an item to be damaged in shipment or defective, please send a photo of the item and description of the damage to support@noonandmoon.com within 24 hours of receiving the item to qualify for a store credit exchange (original shipping costs are not refundable).
Once we have confirmed the item's condition, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent for return (if applicable). However, unfortunately, if a request is not received in time or we are unable to verify the damaged condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please feel free to return the item for store credit and place a new order with the credit received.
